"I have nothing but great things to say about Raschel. We were going on 2 years with a dog that we allowed to rule the household. It was causing us sleepless nights, damaged furniture and some bad behaviors. I met with a few different trainers and out of all of them I really felt like Raschel listened to my concerns. She came up with a training plan that worked for our family and we committed to 10 sessions. She followed up with us after every session and gave advice and pointers. She is extremely knowledgable and continues to "hone her craft" which I love. She was very patient with my kids and helped us all be a "pack leader" with our dog - even with everyone's different personalities. We now have a much better behaved dog and are able to sleep again. He is crate trained and is easy to walk now. We know that we have to keep doing our part and work with our dog, as Raschel explained. It's nice to know that I can text/call her if I run into any problems. She is worth every penny!."
